· A minimum education level of a master’s degree or MBA is required, a PhD or MD degree is highly Preferred.
· A minimum of 12 years' experience is required
· Critical experience in developing, communicating, implementing and executing bespoke strategies
· Critical experience with R&D in either biopharmaceutical product development, Data Sciences, and/or strategic consulting, with a clear track record of success, is required
· Conversant and familiar in Neuroscience Diseases, understanding of trends in Neuroscience research and cutting-edge Neuroscience analytics applications – covering Neurodegeneration, Neuropsychiatry, Neuroimmunology, and more
· Familiar with machine learning, quantitative methods, predictive modelling and other analytics frameworks and Digital Health techniques
· People Leadership and managing a team of direct reports in required
· Expert knowledge of large biological, chemical and patient data sets used in Neuroscience and related analytic methods
· Demonstrated ability of success in influencing and leading, including change implementation, in a large and matrixed organization
· Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
· Proved experience on prioritizing and implementing complicated portfolio investments
· Ability to work in ambiguous situations—project scope may not be clear in initial stages and may need to be created
· Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 194000 to 356500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. · Please use the following language:
