As Clinical Field Manager at Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, you'll play a crucial role in the Neurovascular division as a global leader in neurovascular care. Our focus is on changing the trajectory of stroke, and we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our (West Coast) Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive collaboration between the Regional Business Manager, Regional Sales Specialist and Territory Manager with the CAS team.
- Coordinate with National CAS Manager to develop educational opportunities for customers in partnership with the professional education department to optimize effective product usage.
- Train respective CAS group in conjunction with the education and Field Sales Training (FST) group.
- Foster the sharing of best practices within the CAS group.
- Regularly assess and enhance the clinical skills and performance of the CAS team.
- Implement in-services to train customers and work with the RBM group to develop targets and performance metrics driving utilization within accounts.
- Set quarterly MBO objectives and targets for the team in collaboration with the RBM and National CAS Manager.
- Ensures sales compliance to policy and programming and monitors business and compliance practices for all sales.
- Develops effective customer acquisition and retention processes from identifying potential customers to maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will stay updated on company products, instructions for use, best practices, and technical troubleshooting. You'll respond to requests in a high-stress environment, engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal and external partners, and mentor new team members. Administrative tasks include managing account documentation, compliance training, and expense reporting.
